At Wow Mall, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

- Tags and labels must be intact
- Return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
How to Return an Item
- Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
- Select the order containing the item you wish to return
- Click "Request Return" and select the reason
- Our team will review your request within 24 hours
- Once approved, you'll receive return instructions
- Pack the item securely and ship it back
